This heavy antique E. Dehillerin copper splayed pan is very well balanced and weighs almost 5 lbs! The pan has a lightly hand planished finish that has been polished. The bottom edge is beautifully beveled and the pan sits perfectly flat with absolutely no wiggle. All rivets are tight. The handle is iron and delightfully smooth. The rim is perfectly round and there is no evidence that this pan has ever been banged or dropped. The tin lining is shiny and safe for use.
The “E. DEHILLERIN 18 RUE COQUILLIÈRE PARIS” stamp is crisp and clear. This pan would make a beautiful display or working piece in any collector’s kitchen.
